About Me.
I am a professional speaker and an award-winning quality management and process improvement professional. With over 30 years’ experience, I have worked with companies such as Mayo Clinic, IBM, McKesson and FedEx. I have co-lectured on quality at the University of Memphis.
I am also passionate about Video Animation and bringing your ideas to life. I listen to your needs and desires and custom create an animated video experience just for you!
I focus on working in process improvement, quality management, and leadership development. Design Thinking and innovation are areas of special interest, especially within the small business sector. I have undergraduate degrees in Mathematics, Applied Statistics and Philosophy. I also have an MBA with an emphasis on technology management, finance, R&D, and global strategies.
